Answer: We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Answer: Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty return policy and certain conditions are met. Answer: YES, AK, HI, Canada and Puerto Rico - We are unable to refund your original shipping charges for any returns. If there is a company error, we will correct it at our expense. Read the full Return Policy

Question: I purchased painted running boards, are they returnable? -back to top
Answer: We are not able to return items that are in any of the following categories: Painted items, custom made boards, shipped on a LTL carrier, or used universal mounting brackets. These items are specially made for a customer's specific vehicle and will not be able to be returned to our inventory for resale, thus making it impossible for the customer to return.
